I would create a perfect Utopian city where people are committed to peace and the advancement of mankind. It would include a World University to study world cultures and a place where the worlds problems can be worked out. A modern renaissance of art, music, and design. It would be as magical as Disneys EPCOT on a larger and epic scale.
